If the subscription period has already been paid for, your access will remain active until the end of the term. How to cancel auto-renewal: - Go to your profile - Open Settings - Tap Manage Subscription - Cancel subscription If there was a failed charge on your card, please contact us and we will manually disable auto-renewal.

What to do right away: - Refresh the page - Log back into your account - If you paid with cryptocurrency, you’ll need to wait, as the subscription is activated after 20 network confirmations. In most cases, access becomes available after refreshing the page.
